  • MÔ TẢ: Dự án Bệnh viện Hạnh Phúc có vị trí tọa lạc tại phường Phương Canh, quận Nam Từ Liêm, Hà Nội với mô hình Hospital Without Walls – Bệnh viện không tường áp dụng kỹ thuật công nghệ hiện đại nhằm giúp khách hàng được trải nghiệm đa dạng nhiều gói dịch vụ khám bệnh khác nhau. Cụ thể với 3 cấu phần chính là hệ thống phòng khám vệ tinh, bệnh viện thông minh cùng hệ thống y tế từ xa giúp kết nối các đội chăm sóc sức khỏe tại nhà với nhau. 
    Dự án Bệnh viện Hạnh phúc được xây dựng trên khu đất có diện tích 31.361m2 trong đó diện tích đất xây dựng công trình: 9.410m2; diện tích đất cây xanh, mặt nước: 9.730m2; diện tích đất giao thông nội bộ: 12.221m2; tổng diện tích sàn: 71.470m2 (Diện tích tầng hầm: 19.671m2; diện tích các tầng nổi: 51.799m2). Bệnh viện Hạnh Phúc quy mô 300 giường bao gồm 8 tầng nổi, tầng tum mái và 01 tầng hầm. Công trình có hệ thống hạ tầng dịch vụ hoàn chỉnh, hiện đại đáp ứng nhu cầu sử dụng và các quy định hiện hành về hệ thống thông tin liên lạc, an ninh, hệ thống PCCC, trạm biến áp, trạm bơm, trạm xử lý nước thải, trạm khí y tế…

  • DESCRIPTION: The Viet Tri Bridge project is one of the key projects of Phu Tho Province. The construction of the new Viet Tri Bridge will meet the seamless transportation needs on National Highway 2 from Vinh Phuc Province to Phu Tho Province, creating favorable conditions for economic, cultural, and social development, and ensuring national defense and security for Phu Tho Province and the northern provinces. It will also provide the infrastructure necessary for Viet Tri City to become a first-class city by 2015 and help reduce congestion and traffic accidents in the area.
    The project to build the new Viet Tri Bridge and its approach roads across the Lo River, upon completion, will ensure seamless transportation on National Highway 2 from Vinh Phuc Province to Phu Tho Province, facilitating economic, cultural, and social development, and ensuring national defense and security for Phu Tho Province and the northwestern provinces. It will also provide the infrastructure necessary for Viet Tri City to become a first-class city by 2015. The project will help reduce congestion and traffic accidents on the current Viet Tri Bridge, serving both local residents and overseas visitors who annually visit and pay tribute to the Hung Kings at the Hung Kings Temple National Special Historic Site.

  • DESCRIPTION: The bridge over the Day River connects the two provinces of Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh and is part of the Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh - Thai Binh - Hai Phong expressway. The main route has a total length of approximately 2 km, accommodates 4 lanes, and has a design speed of 100 km/h. The project has a total investment of nearly VND 1,500 billion.

    When operational, the Đáy River bridge, part of the Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh - Thai Binh - Hai Phong expressway, will aim to connect important transportation routes in Ninh Binh and Nam Dinh provinces. It will gradually complete the Ninh Bình - Hai Phong expressway, enhance regional and inter-regional connectivity in the Red River Delta area, reduce the load on the existing transportation system, shorten the distance and travel time for commuters, and create a driving force for socio-economic development.

  • DESCRIPTION: The highway has a total length of 165 km, with 77 km passing through Tuyên Quang and 88 km passing through Ha Giang. The project starts at Nhu Khe Commune, Yen Son District, Tuyen Quang Province, and ends at Tan Quang Commune, Bac Quang District, Ha Giang Province, for phase 1.

    The completion of the Tuyen Quang – Ha Giang expressway project will create an economic development corridor from the center of Hanoi through the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway, the Tuyen Quang – Phu Tho expressway, to Ha Giang. This will meet the increasing demands for travel and freight transport. At the same time, it will resolve traffic bottlenecks and improve regional and inter-regional connectivity between Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang.
